Book your UK car hire in advance and enjoy a little of everything. Remember that although the UK is made up of several countries, you’ll find crossing over from one to the other hassle-free. Not sure where to start? Here’s more on the UK and popular car hire locations….

Driving in the UK

It is also a relatively small country and once you’re out of the cities, it’s amazing how far you can go in a short space of time in a car rental. We’ve got UK car hire at locations throughout the country – at airports, train stations and around cities so you really can choose a location to suit you.

England car hire

Do things your own way and in your own time when you visit England – you can do that more easily with an England car hire. Although it’s easy enough to get to and from the country’s big cities by train, plane and coach, travel to smaller towns can be more sparse. It’s also much easier to get off the beaten track with a car hire!

Enjoy the Big Smoke and then escape it with a London car hire

Tower Bridge and the Shard

You’ll find a world in a city with a visit to London… Truly you will. The capital is a hot melting pot of pretty much everything you can think of – cultures, architecture, food, fashion and arts. It’s a dynamic city that refuses to stand still. A look at the cityscape is all you need to see that with buildings that are centuries old sat side by side with contemporary skyscrapers made of glass and steel featuring nicknames like the Gherkin and the Shard. Come and let London entertain you. Have a look at our London travel blog for a few of our favourite things about the city.

However, a trip to England isn’t complete without a trip outside of the Capital. London is your gateway to the south. You can feel like you’ve stepped into a period drama with a visit to grand estates such as Hampton Court Palace. Head to the coast and say hello to France from the White Cliffs of Dover and/or explore England’s garden in Kent. There is also the chance to soak up the splendour of other historic cities like Cambidge and Oxford as well as quaint towns where a lovely pub is never that far away.

Boat in Dungeness

Kent is more famous for its green countryside scenery (it is the Garden of England after all) but make sure you drive over to Dungeness for sights with a little more mystery.

We’ve got plenty of London car hire locations for you to choose from. Prefer to have your own set of wheels on arrival? We’ve got London car hire at all the London airports (even if they’re not all strictly in London) as well as train stations. You can, however, escape driving through the city by picking up a low-cost car hire in one of the locations around town that might well be closer to the motorway you’ll be travelling through.
