On-site car hire at Jerez Airport
There is a great selection of car hire actually on-site at the airport. Suppliers here include: Avis–Budget, Enterprise–Alamo, Europcar, Hertz–Thrifty, Goldcar–Rhodium, Firefly, Sixt and Flizzr.
If you have a car hire from one of these suppliers, you’ll be able to return it to the car park opposite the airport terminal. Car rentals with other companies are likely to be located close to the airport and offer a free shuttle service to take customers between their office and the airport. Make sure you check your booking voucher or with with your booking agent about where you need to return your car hire to.
Driving to Jerez Airport
On the A-4, take exit 628 for Jerez Airport
The airport lies around 10kms north of Jerez de la Frontera. It’s located just off the A-4 by Junction 628. You’ll see signs for the airport (aeropuerto) as you approach Jerez.
If you’re driving from Jerez, you can reach the airport via the N-4 ringroad towards the airport and Seville. From the city centre, you can also take Avenida de Andalucia, which goes onto the N-4.
Nearest petrol station to Jerez Airport
Need to fill up on petrol before you return your car hire? The most accessible petrol station is one about 5kms south of the airport. It’s on the A-4, heading northbound between exits 632 and 631. If you’re travelling from north of Jerez Airport, this is still the easiest petrol station to use. So instead of taking exit 628, use exit 632. There are two roundabouts soon after coming off the motorway. Take the exit for the A-4, ‘aeropuerto’ and ‘Sevilla’ at both. This will take you back onto the motorway towards the airport. The petrol station will come up on your right.
Rent-a-car drop off at Jerez Airport
After turn-for the airport, keep following directions towards ‘aeropuerto’ for the terminal building. It’s a small airport so there isn’t a complicated network of roads around it. The entrance to ‘Rent-a-Car’ Parking is on your left towards the end of the terminal building. Stay on the left lane and you’ll soon see the entrance for ‘Rent-a-Car’ Parking.

The car hire desks are in the Arrivals Hall of the Terminal. So once you’ve checked the car over to make sure you haven’t left anything, head into the Terminal. It’s not a big building so you’ll spot them straight away.
TIP: If there isn’t a member of staff to sign off the car when you return it, take pictures of it so you have proof of the condition it was left in.
