In case you’re wondering, we’ve put affiliated brands together as they share a desk at Malaga Airport. Car hires are located in both the P1 and P2 car parks at the airport.
All other car hire
There are also a number of car hire suppliers with offices a few minutes drive from the airport. You should check the instructions on your booking voucher for the returns process. Most require you to return the car hire directly to their office and provide a courtesy shuttle service to take customers to the airport. Suppliers nearby and have a shuttle service include: Autoclick, Centauro, Del Paso, Enterprise–Alamo and Niza.
Make sure you leave a little extra time for this. It doesn’t take a lot more time but does obviously add an extra stop to your journey so leaving an extra 20 minutes or so won’t hurt!

Once in the car park, look out for signs to the supplier you need to return your rental too. This AENA map of car hire locations at Malaga Airport shows which suppliers are in which car park (P1 or P2) and which floor. But this can change so make sure you follow the signs inside the car park.

Dropping off the keys
After parking the car, don’t forget to do the usual checks. Each supplier has a cabin in the car park so a member of staff should be available to check the car and sign it off. If someone isn’t able to do this, it’s also worth taking pictures all around the car so you have proof of how you left it.
Departures
From the car park, follow signs to the terminal. There are various walkways connecting the car park to the airport. If you want to go straight to the departures level in the terminal, head to the first level of the car park and use the walkway to the terminal there.
The airport has two terminals: T2 and T3. Both have check-in desks. So if you need to check-in, check which terminal you need in one of the departure screens. Otherwise, just head straight to T3 as that’s where Security Control is for the Departures Lounge and Gates.
Check the screens which you’ll find at entrance/exit to the car park and throughout the transport hub walkways for where you need to check in.
Security Control and entrance to gate areas B, C and D are in Terminal 3
