From October... Fiestas del Pilar in Zaragoza 04 October 2013 By Luna Dizon Over in Zaragoza, Spain, the party's just about to begin... And it's a 10 day festival in celebration of the city's patron saint - the Virgen del Pilar. There will be activities including live music performances, a funfair, tons of food and drink and even the city's own Oktoberfest everyday of the festival. The main events of the festival, however, happen on the 12 and 13 October where you can witness special parades with people dressed in traditional costume offering flowers.
